6th Tribal Convention | Day 1

Hello Everyone, we are here to share whole event summary of the 6th Tribal Convention, which was held at Sridham Mayapur, 15-17 April, 2022. Due to Corona, last two years we could not organize this event. 

6th Tribal Convention: A Confluence of Tribal Cultures and Heritage of India. It’s basically a Tribal gathering where tribes come from all over India and share their culture and heritage with each other.

Generally, all tribes came in 14th April and 15th April Morning only. At the 4.30 pm convention was started with Bhajan.

Then we got all invited guests on the stage from 5.30 pm and offered them Garlands. At 5.45 pm, inauguration was done by lighting Lamp along with Vedic Mantra Chanting.

Then we have released our Souvenir 2022 at the stage.

After that Welcome address was given by HG Vrajavilash Das, co-director of ISKCON Mayapur. Then Bhakti Purusottama Swami, Chairman of India Tribal Care Trust, gave his wonderful speech on how India Tribal Care Trust was founded and its activities. Then ITCT Report was shared among the audience.

After that at 6.45 pm special speech was given by guest of honor HG Srivallabha Das, Vice chairman of Emirates airline and he is one of the main supporters of ITCT. 

At 7.00 pm HH Jayapataka Swami, Inspiration and guide to ITCT,  ISKCON GBC and Guru was on stage for his most valuable speech. 

Then different cultural programs were performed by Tribal delegates.

This is how Day 1 program came to an end.
